Staff at the Bridgnorth store saw sweet success as they received a box of chocolates from satisfied customer Mrs Chetter.
Sweet like chocolate
The customer wanted to change her glasses and thought she would be charged but thanks to the store’s no quibble, no fuss guarantee they changed them for her free of charge. Mrs Chetter brought in the chocolates to express her gratitude as she was very happy with the efficient service.
A thanks for the test room
The team also received a thank you card from a happy customer who passed on their thanks after they received fantastic customer care in the test room.
