I have no doubt that you are aware of the excellent customer care made available to your customers by one of your employees, Heather.

For many years my wife and I were customers at Rayner when Heather worked there, however, when Heather left Rayner to become an employee of Specsavers, we missed the personal attention, which was always provided by Heather.

Notwithstanding, Heather’s colleagues at Rayner were all excellent and experienced, however, Heather does possess an undeniable mantra! Heather, apart from being skilled within her duties, demonstrates a natural ability to deliver an exceptional service of a bygone age, rarely experienced today.

Because of Heather’s service, I feel compelled to write to you highlighting my satisfaction.

Incidentally, prior to retiring I was an operations director within the contracting industry for over 20 years, and one of my skills was recognising the potential, together with the development of employees, creating a win-win situation for all concerned.
