In a recent online customer feedback message, the team at Bradley Stoke Specsavers has been praised for their great customer service.
Mr C Turvey wrote:
‘May I please give a big thank you to training ambassador, Julie Rafferty and her colleagues who sorted me out with a new set of glasses this week. Not only did I feel a bit more than special but it was all conducted very smoothly with a great deal of humorous professionalism. Not only that, but I was at home with my new glasses within 48 hours!
‘Really great service and a credit to your company. Well done.’
Store director, Ed Stanleigh, said: ‘It’s tremendous to have great feedback from a customer, I’m very proud of the team that we have here at Bradley Stoke. We thank Mr Turvey for his kind comments and look forward to seeing him again in the future.’
