Congratulations are in order for the team at Specsavers in Boscombe who were recently rewarded with a hamper of goodies for excelling with customer service and suffice to say, everyone was thrilled.

Specsavers is always busy looking at customer feedback and seeing which stores are excelling.
Boscombe has had a record time in October, with the community acknowledging its focus on customer service and as a consquence, the store was picked out of hundreds to receive a special hamper.

Andreas Booth, store director said: 'As with every business, customers are at the heart of what we do, and without satisfaction levels being high, we would not have the thriving business that we enjoy.
'All colleagues that come to Specsavers have a desire to help peope - be it transforming their lives with corrective eye-wear, or helping a child pick out a pair of frames that they love for the first time. To be recognised for our efforts is a real honour."
