The Bodmin team proudly accepted their new status which rewarded their dedication to people development.
A tough assessment passed with flying colours

What is the Platinum Employer status?
The Platinum Employer status is an externally-ratified assessment, devised and overseen by employee engagement specialist the Hay Group. It is tailor-made for optical and audiology retail and sets high standards to be met across all aspects of staff wellbeing and career development.
