A customer would like to thank the Blackpool store, especially team member Lucy, for their fantastic service, helping her to find a replacement for her son’s glasses.

'I recently visited the Blackpool Specsavers because my son had lost his glasses and wanted to see if we could order a replacement. Whilst in store, we received fantastic service from a staff member named Lucy.

‘I was told that we had originally ordered my son’s replacements at another Specsavers branch, but instead of sending me to the other store, Lucy went to the effort to help me out.

‘She contacted the other store and then the hospital to receive a copy of my son’s prescription sent over, just so she could order him some new glasses that very day.

‘She was amazingly helpful, patient and friendly and she made our experience with Specsavers very pleasant.’
