Meet the team at your local opticians in Bishop Stortford, conveniently located at 16A South Street.
The team, which is made up of more than 20 people, is on hand to deliver a high-quality, professional eyecare service seven days a week.
Established in the local community
Suzanne Challoner, an ophthalmic optician, and Tania Jenkinson, the dispensing optician director, run the business together, with Suzanne working in the store ever since it first opened 21 years ago.
As well as the store directors, there are a number of friendly faces who are happy to assist customers with their individual needs. Some faces local patients should be familiar with are Sarah Price, the resident optom, and Jo Hammond, the store manager.
Other members of the team include Mark Smith, the lab manager, and Matt Donoghue, who is the store’s contact lens supervisor.
Tina Clarke, assistant manager at Specsavers Bishop Stortford, said: ‘We have a fabulous team here at the Bishop Stortford store and pride ourselves on having great team values.
‘Our directors make sure the team is always happy and everyone has the opportunity to progress and develop their skills.
‘It really is a great place to work. All the team thoroughly enjoy interacting with all the customers and helping them with anything they may need.’
