Proactive in supporting all customers
Neil added: ‘As a team we are very proactive to ensure that we have the ability to effectively support all customers who need additional help because of a condition like Alzheimer’s.
‘It’s been a really interesting and illuminating course, giving us the ability to understand the needs of those suffering from dementia and it is now great that we have Anna who is fully qualified.’
