The team members at Specsavers in Birmingham are continuing their road safety campaign by donating high visibility vests to local Brownie and Scout groups.
As part of an initiative to keep children more visible and, therefore, safer, the store has donated the vests to 25th Birmingham 1st Beeches Scout Group and the 158th Birmingham Brownies.
A word from the store director
‘Anything we can do to help children be more visible when they are out and about, especially near the roads is really important,’ said store director, Roger Walker. ‘We’ve already donated some 60 vests and are looking to support more local children’s clubs in the future.’
