Staff at Birmingham Specsavers have received outstanding feedback from a customer who was delighted with the service he recieved in store.
Balbir visited the store for an eye test and to try contact lenses for the first time. In a letter to the store, he praised two particular members of staff who guided him through each procedure.
Polite and professional
In the letter, Balbir said: ‘I experienced problems with my specs and Connor Haywood assisted with resolving my issues – he was very polite and professional in the way he dealt with my problems.
‘Ryan Holmes conducted my contact lens teach. I felt that he explained things in an easy to understand and calm manner, he was extremely patient and he encouraged me to persist when I wanted to give up with contact lenses. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend friends and family to the store.’
Neil Jones, store director said: ‘We are very pleased that Balbir was happy with his visit. It’s great to see that our staff are getting this sort of feedback as the customer is at the heart of everything that we do.’
As part of Specsavers’ latest contact lens scheme, customers can get a free pair of glasses costing between £25 and £45 when paying for lenses by monthly direct debit.
