Specsavers Bicester was paid a visit by some four-legged friends as part of an awareness day for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.
The canine representatives and their handlers caused a stir when they were stationed outside the store. Alongside £25 that was collected in donation buckets from generous customers and passers-by, Specsavers Bicester also donated £50 to the cause.
A word from the store director
‘It was great to drum up some awareness for this incredible charity,’ said Satnam Johal, store director. ‘Hearing dogs make a huge difference to deaf people’s lives and it was really wonderful to have them with us at the store. Thank you to everyone who donated.’
