A dispensing optician at Specsavers Bicester has been named as a nominee in the 2019 Association of Optometrists (AOP) annual awards.
Tanja White has been selected as a finalist in the AOP’s Dispensing Optician of the Year 2019. The national awards celebrate outstanding talent and innovation in optometry while recognising exceptional contributions made by individuals and teams across the country.
Demonstrating leadership and promotion of eye health
Having beaten thousands of entrants to reach the selection stage, Tanja has successfully proven her dedication to keeping up-to-date with new innovations in frames and lenses, along with demonstrating leadership, colleague support, and promotion of eye health within the Bicester store.

The category of Dispensing Optician of the Year is open to a public vote until 12 December 2018, with winners announced at a gala dinner and awards ceremony in London next January.
