Local Brownies have been making good use of a donation of high-visibility vests from Specsavers Bicester.
The store donated the vests to the 7th Bicester Brownie Pack to ensure that they were seen over the winter months while going to and from meetings and on excursions. The vests proved so useful that they were loaned by the pack to the 2nd Bicester Brownies.
The 2nd Bicester Brownies popped into the store this week to show off their vests to the staff and thank them for the donation.
Store manager, Charlee White, said: ‘We’re really pleased that our donation of high-visibility jackets has proved so useful to the brownies. It’s important to us to give back to the community so it’s great to see that the vests have been passed round to several of the packs and have helped keep the girls safe through the winter months.’
