Specsavers have rewarded Bicester apprentice, Harvey Marshall, for his dedication to brilliant customer service.
Harvey has been recognised by many visitors to the store for his excellent customer service through Specsavers’ online feedback form, Maze, even getting multiple comments in the same day.
A word from the store director
Store director, Sarah Marshall commented: ‘We’re absolutely delighted to have Harvey as part of the Bicester team. He has shown complete dedication to his role and we want to congratulate him on his exceptional standards and high levels of service. Every customer that leaves the store is delighted and he is a great asset to our team.’
