Part of the Beeston community for ten years this year, the Specsavers store is undergoing a radical transformation to upgrade its offering to customers which is expected to last for a month.
The re-fit will include the addition of an extra optical test room, increasing the store’s testing capabilities, and a new staff room to ensure the team have space to relax. It will also be designed around Specsavers’ unique ‘iHarmony’ model, which ensures that customers have a seamless and stress-free journey through the store.
There will also be an entire upgrade to the store’s optical technology. The latest equipment will be available to all customers during their eye test at no extra cost. And it won’t just be the testing equipment that gets a face-lift – customers can also expect to have their frames fitted using the latest digital precision technology on tablets in store.
‘We’re thrilled that this exciting project has started at the store and we can’t wait to welcome our customers to see the changes next month,’ said store director, Krishna Parmar. ‘It’s a huge priority for us to ensure that our customers have the best eyecare and expertise possible, as well as a fantastic experience in store.
