A member of the team at Specsavers Bedminster has been praised for helping make a customer’s experience in store less daunting.

'A credit to Specsavers'

He wrote: ‘I would like to express how pleased and happy I was with the services I received on Thursday 12 April. I attended your store as I was overdue an eye test. I was served by a member of your team called Kush. She was so polite and really made me feel welcome.

‘She talked me through what would happen during my eye test and explained what the process was. She didn’t rush me with anything and sat me down and made my appointment for me. I suffer from some mental health issues and even entering your store was a big thing for me to do. I have to say I was shocked at how warm she was and how she made me feel.

‘She really is a credit to Specsavers and you should be very proud of the work she does. Thank you so much Kush for everything you did on my visit to make my appointment. You’re a massive credit to Specsavers as a company but most definitely a credit to the Bedminster store.’
