Staff at Specsavers in Beaumont Leys are supporting sight loss charity, the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) during National Eye Health Week from 19-25 September, encouraging local residents to focus on eye health.
Calling for donations
The new partnership sees staff raising money for the charity and also focusing on increasing awareness of the importance of regular eye tests in preventing people from needlessly losing their sight.
The team is calling for local residents to dig deep for the charity, and are encouraging people to contribute to the RNIB throughout the week. The store will also be offering glasses cleaning and adjustments to customers and passers-by in exchange for donations.
