A local opticians in Bath has undergone more than a quarter of a million pound refit based around Specsavers revolutionary iHarmony model.
The £300,000 renovations at 18 Westgate Street, which were ongoing for a couple of months, mean that Specsavers can continue to deliver excellent service in a high-tech, customer-friendly environment.
The stores new look
An extra testing room has been added to help with the increase in customer demand, while new flooring, ceiling, seating, lighting and desks bring the store to life. There is also a new pre-screening area for customers.
Another addition to the store are new digital precision eyecare tablets, which are used to take an image of the customer wearing the glasses and then capture a range of essential dispensing measurements.
The tablets will help to create a more fluid customer experience and also take a step towards a paperless working environment.
