We are now well and truly into 2018 and store director, Mandeep Aujla wants to thank everyone for their ongoing support on behalf of her team.
Thank you Basingstoke
Mandeep said: 'We have a very close knit team here at Specsavers in Basingstoke and one key component that motivates us and keeps everyone happy is the wonderful community we serve.
'We would like to say a thank you and a Happy New Year to all customers - young and old, new customers and long-standing loyal customers - for your support. We look forward to seeing you all in 2018 and surprising you with some exciting new frame launches that we have coming up.'
2017 was a great year
Parisian brand, Balmain, debuted their premium range with Specsavers at the end of last year and they have proved to be a massive success.
Springtime saw a range designed exclusively by Kylie Minogue launch in store. The collection comprised smaller frames to suit petite faces and was inspired by iconic looks from the style archives.
Little VIPs were catered for too with new lines such as My Little Pony and additional Disney ranges.
As well as offering fashionable looks, the team at Basingstoke had fun giving back. Charities that was supported heavily in 2017 were the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) and Comic Relief.
