Store director James Richardson has presented a team member from the Ashton store with a hotly sought-after award for customer service.

Outstanding customer service

Melissa Moreland was one of just five people from across the entire Specsavers network to receive an award for delivering and 'outstanding' level of customer service.

Just 28 members of Specsavers staff received an award for their efforts during the first quarter of 2017, with award levels including 'commendation', 'outstanding' and 'excellence'.

A worthy winner

James says: 'Melissa is a worthy winner of this award, and it was my pleasure to present her with a certificate recognising her hard work.'
