Earlier this month, Specsavers in Ashford underwent a cutting edge renovation, which combined the latest eyecare and retail technology to provide a highly professional and ultra-modern service.
The refit added two new test rooms, plus a dual test room/hearcare room. Also, two facilities have been moved offsite: the lab and the hearcare centre.
The new hearing centre is located in Ashford House, within Country Square, which has lift access to better accommodate customers. The lab has also been improved: its size has tripled and new machinery was added.
Looking to recruit
The store is currently looking to recruit more staff and has recently employed a new staff member, Linda.
Catherine McVicker, store director at Specsavers in Ashford, says: ‘We are delighted with the new look of the store. It has a real wow factor for customers and so far the feedback we have received has been very positive.’
