Everybody loves a good mince pie at Christmas, and the team at Specsavers Ashford in County Square Shopping Centre are no different.

So when their PR champion Benita Lowe was approached by the First Park Farm Scouts to help them out with their Christmas Carol Service at Kingsnorth Church, she didn’t hesitate to say yes.

Festive treats on offer

The store backed the Scouts by providing hot chocolate and the obligatory mince pies for those taking part.

And Benita was even invited to pop along and join in the fun, and to sing a festive carol or two of course.

A word from Benita

Benita said: ‘Taking part in the carol service was a lot of fun, and everyone who attended seemed to have a really good time.

‘We were delighted to be able to support the event.’
