Specsavers Antrim piled on the pedal power for Marie Curie this Halloween and raised over £500 for Marie Curie.
Specsavers staff members cycled for over five hours on Friday 30th October all dressed up in spooktacular fashion. The Spinathon raised £375 whilst a ‘guess the name of the skeleton’ game added another £153 to the monies raised.
Over £2,000 raised
Store director, David Quinn, said: ‘As our chosen charity for this year Marie Curie has proved to be really popular with all the staff who have all contributed to our fund raising activities. So far this year we have raised over £2,000 for the charity and I’m sure this will really help Marie Curie’s work in the local area.’
