The prize draw is open to anyone resident in the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Republic of Ireland, subject to entrants under the age of 18 having the consent of their parent or guardian to enter the prize draw, except employees of the Specsavers’ Group, National Trust, Visit Mid Wales, Rheidol Railway, King Arthur’s Labyrinth, Bythynnod Pengwernydd Cottages or any third party associates and members of their families, who are not eligible to enter this prize draw. Enter online at specsavers.co.uk/prizes. The prize draw will run from 29 March 2017 (the ‘Opening Date’) to 31 July 2017 (the ‘Closing Date’) inclusive. All entries must be received no later than midnight on the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted. The draw will take place on 14 August 2017. The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received. Specsavers accepts no responsibility for entries that are late or for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault. Confirmation of email transmission is not proof of entry The winner will be notified as soon as is practicable by telephone after the draw has taken place. If any winner is under the age of 18, Specsavers will contact the winner’s parent/guardian by telephone to confirm that they consent to the winner entering the prize draw and agree to accept the prize on the winner’s behalf, subject to these terms. If the prize-winner or their parent/ guardian cannot be contacted after three attempts to do so, and/or the parent/guardian refuses or fails to agree to accept the prize on the winner’s behalf subject to these terms, or the winner is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or the rules of entry for the draw, Specsavers reserves the right to reallocate the prize. The winner will receive the prize, which is: seven nights’ accommodation at Bythynnod Pengwernydd Cottages and free access for four people to The Vale of Rheidol Railway, Powis Castle, Llanerchaeron and King Arthur’s Labyrinth. Prize is valid from [DATE] until 31 July 2018, but the seven nights cannot include 23rd to 26th December 2017 inclusive, the 30th and 31st December 2017 or any bank holidays and is subject to availability. Travel is not included. The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize is subject to availability and National Trust, Visit Mid Wales, Rheidol Railway, King Arthur’s Labyrinth, Bythynnod Pengwernydd Cottages own terms and conditions. Only one entry per household. Spending money and other items not specifically set out above are not included in the prize. All extras not specified in the prize must be paid for by the prize winner. Specsavers reserves the right to change, hold, void or cancel the prize draw at any time without notice. Specsavers reserves the right to alter or substitute any element of the prize, whether available or not, with a prize of a similar value.
