The Wokingham store in Berkshire earned the thanks of a customer for providing 17 years of superb care.
In a card to the store directors Susan and Sean Caskey, the customer wrote that she would never go anywhere else.
The store team concentrate on customer loyalty every day by analysing customer feedback. The latest winner was optometrist Natalie Bravo, and optometrist Heather Alder and optical assistant Szilvia Komar also won prizes.
‘We are proud of all their achievements,’ said Specsavers director of customer service, Jill Clark.
‘The team are clearly working hard to inspire loyalty in all their customers.’
