The team was delighted to receive some lovely praise this week in the form of a thank-you letter.

Parmesh exceeds expectations
The customer in question starts off by saying she was distressed and angry having lost her glasses but was welcomed with a big smile when she came through our doors. Parmesh, one of the team members, was able to help the customer in question pick out a new pair of frames and offer reassurance that she would personally continue to chase up the status until they were delivered to the store.
