Thanks for exceptional service

Charlotte from the Lincoln Morrisons team has been thanked for her exceptional service by a customer who she helped in store.

Miss A Pankhurst says:

‘We visited the Morrisons branch in Lincoln for a rescheduled appointment and were greeted by Charlotte. We were too late for my appointment but she booked me one for the next day for the most convenient time for me.

‘Charlotte treated us with the up most respect and helped me get the glasses best suited for me and my personality. She spoke to us as a friend and not as just another customer that she had to deal with. She knew what I wanted straight away which was the anti-glare coating that would be needed for me in my work, and did whatever she could to get me the best deal and the best pair for me. 

‘Can we please request that this praise gets passed onto Charlotte.
