Thank you for additional support
The Chester store recently received the below thank you letter. It came from a customer with cerebral palsy who commented on the excellent customer service offered by the team in store.
'Just a very quick note to say thank you to Alex, Justyna and everyone else who has just helped me to buy two new pairs of glasses.
'I have cerebral palsy and find using the equipment involved with taking the eye test nigh on impossible and was extremely impressed by Alex's ability to go old school and use methods she probably rarely uses.
'Justyna was wonderfully friendly and polite, as was the lady who took my payment and the lady who initially greeted me upstairs.
'The only downside was they've reminded me that I'm getting old by issuing my first pair of reading glasses!'
