Vision Aid Overseas, helping some of the poorest people in the world to see properly for over 30 years

Generous customers in Rhyl have donated more than 20,000 pairs of glasses, in order to help Zambian people living with vision impairments.

Vision Aid Oversees

Working with Vision Aid Overseas, staff and customers have shown their generosity by bringing their old glasses into store for donation.

Sincere thanks to customers

The Rhyl store has expressed a sincere thanks to customers who helped in this project. In a country where opticians’ services are readily available, such as the UK, it is easy to take vision for granted.

In the developing world, the provision of optical services has a real impact on peoples’ lives.

All the collected glasses are recycled and the money made is used to help provide eyecare in developing countries.
