The team at Specsavers in Holloway are celebrating 16 years in the community by hosting a fundraiser in aid of the Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity.

The eyecare experts are inviting residents to come and join them on Sunday 30 August for a special anniversary celebration day, where entertainment will include candy cane competitions, rainbow manicures and a special anniversary goody bag for the sixteenth customer in store.

A word from the Director

Natasha Rathour, store director of Holloway Specsavers, said: ‘Celebrating our sixteenth birthday is an important milestone – and it feels right that we celebrate it with the community, which has adopted us as their own. We would like to invite all local residents to celebrate with us and donate towards this worthy cause. We look forward to celebrating with you all.’

Noble Cause

Rainbow Trust supports over 25% of the 6,000 families in England who have a child aged 0-18 years of age with a life threatening or terminal illness and need bespoke support. They support the whole family 24/7, 365 days a year, regardless of diagnosis.

Special competition

The store is also running a special offer throughout August, with 25% off a pair of glasses and the chance to be entered into a prize draw to win a pair of designer specs. To be in with a chance to win all you need to do is pop into the Holloway store and complete the entry form by 1pm on Saturday 23 August.
