Swansea Specsavers has been praised for their excellent customer service.

‘I have to write and praise each and every member of staff I encountered in the Swansea store on Kingsway,’ said a customer of the store.
‘My glasses broke and I visited Specsavers at 1pm, more in hope than expectation, to get an appointment that afternoon. Geraint greeted me very cheerfully and offered me an appointment in seven, yes seven minutes. He took details and sent me upstairs where Hannah greeted me cheerfully, took more details and, before I had time to sit down, Sophie called me for my test.
'She was thoroughly professional, friendly and made me feel very at ease.
‘When she had finished she took me downstairs and introduced me to Helen, who went through the offers available and then discreetly yet professionally gave me space to browse. The next event just amazes me. I saw a particular pair of glasses that I particularly liked, however, I was not keen on the white arms. I contemplated going and asking if there was alternatives but decided against it as I supposed they are what they are and come that way from the manufacturers.
'I could not believe it when Helen came forward and said ‘I can see you like those glasses, can I just show you they come in another colour scheme.’
Friendly and professional
‘Absolutely amazing. Helen then introduced me to another young lady who was again the consummate professional - really helpful, really professional and very friendly. I am so annoyed but I cannot recollect her name, still she was absolutely brilliant. After discussion and we'd sorted everything out, you could have knocked me over with a feather when she said ‘your glasses will be ready in an hour’. I then went to the counter to pay with a card, even though I never had the card and the lady who made the transaction was again perfect, helpful, friendly and professional.
‘I came back at 3pm as I'd arranged. Geraint met me and within five minutes I was being served. Fantastic conversation, really helpful tips and great advice.
‘I cannot praise these people highly enough. They are all an absolute credit to your company and they reflect well on your training and culture.
‘Thank you Specsavers, thank you very much and I pledge I will never through choice use an alternative optician.’
