Staff from Specsavers in Devizes are celebrating with a sweet treat after receiving a high score in their Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
To say congratulations, the customer experience team sent a Thornton’s chocolate hamper to staff.

The UK Customer Satisfaction Index provides an insight into the quality of customer service across 13 different sectors. It’s based on a six-month online survey of customers, which is demographically representative of the UK population.
