Opticians wants Stratford’s superheroes
The team at Specsavers in Stratford upon Avon are asking youngsters to unleash their creative super powers to celebrate the launch of a new range of children’s glasses.
To mark the launch of a new range of specs from Disney, Specsavers, will run a competition from Friday 22 May – Saturday 6 June where children can design their own superhero and give them a unique superpower.
Staff will be looking for entries that show evidence of superhuman imagination and originality! Prizes will be given to the winner (a family ticket for four to Legoland) and runner up (a family pass for four to Umberslade Farm Park). The winner and runner up will be announced on Monday 8 June.
Paul Griffiths, store director, said: ‘We’re hoping to see lots of super creative designs as there are top prizes to be given away! From Friday, children can pick up a template and begin creating their designs. Our new range is fantastic and we hope the new characters will help children feel excited about choosing new specs.’
