Stanraer thinks pink for cancer
The team at Specsavers in Stranraer are fundraising for Breast Cancer Care this week.
The store in George Street is having a Pink Tuesday on Tuesday 14 October to raise funds for the charity and awareness of its vital work.
The star attraction on the day will be a giant cupcake, which will be raffled off, and staff will be decked out in pink clothes to mark the special day.
Raffle tickets are now available and customers can donate in store.
Store director Elaine Hawthorn says: ‘Breast Cancer Care is a charity that means something to everyone who works in the store.
‘We hope that customers will come along and donate on the day to help us raise funds for the cause.’
