The Specsavers team were 'buzzing' about at this year's Isle of Wight Festival to help raise money for charity, Beaulieu Respite.
Selling Beaulieu Respite bees to festival goers
Catherine Kidd, store director at Newport's Specsavers store donned a bright bee outfit to ensure she stood out when buzzing about at the festival, raising money for this great cause. Catherine said: 'Of course, the music at the Festival was great but each year, the atmosphere is incredible and it was great to get out and about, chatting to lots of people. Spirits were high and people were more than happy to buy a Bee. That small gesture by many makes a huge difference and we had a very successful weekend, making lots of money for Beaulieu Respite.'
Charity of the year
The IOW stores will be supporting Beaulieu Respite for the rest of 2018. To date, they have done a skydive and have lots of other fun things planned.
To show your support, pop into the store where they have collection points and items for sale that see profits going to Beaulieu Respite.
