Clifton youngsters are in the frame at Specsavers in Clifton as the store looks forward to unveiling its brand new Children’s Dispensing Room on the weekend of July 30 and 31.
The store is inviting local children and their parents to join in the official opening of the dedicated kids area in three weeks’ time. It will involve a ribbon cutting, some tasty treats and a visit from a mystery mascot.
A dedicated service
Store director Chris Child explains the reasons behind the project: ‘We are committed to providing all our customers with a dedicated service, both young and old, and so the aim of our new kids room is to give our younger visitors a great experience at the opticians.’
The new Children’s Dispensing Room is the first of its kind for Specsavers and is equipped with games and activities to keep younger visitors busy, including a giant Connect Four and a colouring area. More than 400 frames will be on display in the store, featuring frames from popular brands such as Frozen, The Gruffalo, Marvel, Star Wars and Minions.
‘I’d encourage our customers to come and join us on the weekend of July 30 to celebrate the official opening of the new room.' Chris adds. 'It will be fantastic to be able to show members of our local community the unique space we have created!’
