'I recently visited your Woking store after my glasses frame broke after my 14 month yr old son thought they were a toy.
'I was served by Vicky who quickly asked if she could help and despite my despair that nothing was to be done, she persisted in trying to help. My frames were about 3 years old but Vicky suggested that there might be some old frames "in the back" and went to look. To my surprise she came back with my lenses in a new frame and told me all was well.
