In the midst of the Glasgow summer buzz, sporting star Bert Cameron dropped into Specsavers for an eye test while staying in the city.
The retired Jamaican sprinter – who currently coaches the world’s fastest runner, Usain Bolt – visited the city centre opticians during a break from his busy sporting schedule.
Bert – who represented Jamaica at three consecutive Olympics – won the 400m title at the first Athletics World Championships as well as a number of gold medals at the 1978 Commonwealth Games in Canada.
