Hallmoor School are officially Red Nose Day ready!

The school, located in Birmingham, has purchased 70 pairs of the official Comic Relief novelty glasses from Chelmsley Wood Specsavers, ensuring their students are ready to support the charity ahead of Red Nose Day.

‘We love that Hallmoor School are encouraging their pupils to get involved in Comic Relief this year,’ said store director Sukhi Drake.

Customers are being encouraged to take a waving selfie while wearing the glasses and share it on social media using #giveusawave.

£250,000 pledge

Specsavers in Chelmsley Wood has joined Specsavers stores nationwide to support Comic Relief to help poor and vulnerable people living tough lives both here in the UK and across Africa and pledged to raise at least £250,000 for the charity.
