Specsavers Stirling undergoes £120k refurbishment
Specsavers Stirling has invested more than £120k in transforming its store into a state-of-the-art optical facility. Specsavers on Murray Place has been majorly redeveloped following customer feedback.
The new layout now includes an extra test room, as well as new-look customer waiting areas and workspaces.
Total investment of £230k
Having restored the roof in 2012, the recent refurbishment brings the total investment figure to in excess of £230k. In line with the store refresh, Specsavers in Stirling has expanded its team to include four qualified dispensers to meet the extra customer demand the refurbishment is expected to bring.
Susanne Akil, store director of Specsavers Stirling, said: ‘All the staff are thrilled with the transformation and we can’t wait to receive feedback from our customers.
The new facilities mean that we will be able to offer more appointments daily, including contact lens clinics as well as our weekly Hearcare clinic.
Our investment represents our long term commitment to Stirling and to delivering great service to all our existing and new customers. We always welcome customer feedback, and our refurbishment is testament to our dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.’
