Specsavers in Wood Green recently took customers on a trip around the world when they held a cultural day at the store.
Staff at the store, in The Mall on the High Road, raised £100 in donations for the Royal Institute of Blind People (RNIB) by dressing up in costumes from around the globe and serving cookies and sweets from different cultures.
A word from the store director
Lopa Shah, store director in Wood Green, said: ‘It was fantastic to see our staff dressed up in traditional costumes from around the world and we would like to thank our customers for being so generous in their donations for the RNIB.
'We hope they enjoyed the day as much as we did.’
