Specsavers has been ranked tenth in the Which? customer service survey.
4,000 British shoppers
The largest consumer body in the UK surveyed nearly 4,000 British shoppers. Consumers rated the customer service at 100 of the UK’s best-known brands across seven sectors including supermarkets, banks, energy firms, telecoms providers and retailers.
Respondents were asked to rate five specific elements of customer service on a scale of very poor to excellent. They also rated staff knowledge and access to customer support.
Five star ratings
Specsavers gained five star ratings in each of its categories; making you feel valued as a customer; attitude/helpfulness of staff; and efficiency with resolving complaints or problems.
A spokesperson for Which? says: ‘Outstanding service leaves a lasting impression – three quarters of us will tell our friends or family about a positive experience we’ve had in a shop or with a company.
‘The top-scoring brands in our survey are consistent. Year after year, their customers feel valued, find staff helpful and knowledgeable, find it easy to access support and get complaints resolved.’
