A new range of glasses from Parisian fashion house Balmain are the talk of the town among style-conscious specs wearers in Streatham.

New, exclusive styles

The collection, available at Specsavers located on Streatham High Road, includes 17 exclusive styles ranging from upswept cat’s eye designs to exaggerated angular shapes, which are available in gold, tortoiseshell, pink and black colours.

Customers can choose from a selection 13 glasses and four prescription sunglasses, with two complete pairs costing £169. Specsavers Streatham celebrated the launch of the range on 8 November with a special event, with the store decorated with gold and black balloons and a display case showcasing the Balmain glasses.

A word from the store director

Shivani Patel, store director at Specsavers Streatham, said: ‘The Balmain label is really popular among customers and staff, especially the younger generation, so we’re expecting the glasses to be a popular new addition to our range of fashionable frames.’
