Two members of staff from the Specsavers store in Lewisham have been singled out for high praise by an extremely satisfied customer.
'I returned for a second eye test, two years after my initial examination and received the same ‘high standard’ of customer service from optician, Shahenna, which Ihad received two years ago.'
She added: ‘Shahenna went the extra mile with all the advice she provided me with and highlighted the importance of making sure I go through my health checks as early as possible.’
She was effusive in her praise for dispensing optician, Lisa-Marie whose ‘vast experience and huge knowledge’ enabled her to make informed decisions about which frames and lenses to select and also complimented her ‘respectful and friendly’ service.
The customer finished by saying that both members of staff were ‘an asset to the company’ and ‘ticked all the boxes’ for customer service.
Director in agreement
Store Director, Steven Jacobs, mirrored this sentiment. He said: ‘Shahenna and Lisa-Marie are extremely valuable members of our team and it’s no surprise to see them receiving such good feedback from customers. We’re sure they’ll continue to live up to these standards in the future.’
