Sirjit Sanghera, ophthalmic director for Specsavers Tottenham Court Road, London Wall, Holborn and Brunswick, has been presented with a long-standing service award by co-director, Mo EL-Turki.
Joining 10 years ago, Mr Sanghera has demonstrated commitment to the business, and been involved in training and supporting pre-registration optometrists’ during this time.
Building up a loyal customer base, Mr Sanghera has ensured that the service he provides is quality led, and incorporates some of the very latest hospital-grade diagnostic equipment. Indeed the central London stores within the group have invested in the very latest, hospital grade, OCT diagnostic equipment that is capable of taking a 3D image of the eye and can detect eye conditions up to four years ahead of a standard eye test.

Maintaining a high standard of customer care and supporting staff development across each of the stores, is central to his role as ophthalmic director. Sirj said: ‘I am delighted to receive this award. The last 10 years have seen advances in technology within the field of ophthalmics, and I am pleased that we can ensure our customers are receiving the very highest levels of service within eye care across each of our stores.
