A Scarborough customer has praised staff at his local store for their ‘excellent, friendly and efficient’ customer service.

On a recent visit to the store on Westborough the customer noted the attentive customer service from start to finish.

‘From the initial greeting, right through to getting help selecting suitable frames, all of the staff in Specsavers were fantastic.

‘Lorna in particular was outstanding in helping me select frames that suited me and altering the frames to fit securely.’

Keeping your eye health in check

Store director at Specsavers in Scarborough, Alasdair Corbett, said: ‘We always strive to offer the best possible experience in store, from professional testing right through to guiding a customer around the store and providing that extra level of customer service.

‘We typically recommend going for an eye test every two years but it is important to book an appointment if you have any concerns or you notice a sudden change in your vision.’
