Dressing up and bake sale raises money for Children in Need
Dressing up fun at Specsavers in Romsey

Specsavers in Romsey embraced dressing up with aplomb to fundraise for Children in Need this year.

Having fun and fundraising

The charity's annual nationwide event saw everyone come together on Friday 17 November to support this great cause.  Happy to play their part were colleagues from Specsavers in Romsey who dressed up in yellow and spotty clothing - in homage to the charity's ambassador, Pudsey the Bear.

Staff members also baked up some delicious delights for customers to enjoy in return to a donation to the cause.

Thank you, Romsey!

Colleagues, customers and residents were as generous as always, and the store director would like to express her thanks. Store director Eve Robertson said: 'We are always blown away by the community's involvement in our fundraising efforts and Children in Need really seemed to strike a chord with many.   Our bake sale proved to be a big success and we thank you all so much for your amazing donations.'
