Specsavers staff in Canterbury received some great feedback from a mother who needed help with her son’s glasses.
‘The Canterbury staff is great, particularly a lady called Suzanne and a young gentleman who fitted my sons glasses. Both went out of their way to make my two-year-old son comfortable and create a positive experience for him.
‘I made the mistake of visiting my local independent optician for his prescription and they provided glasses without fitting them correctly, as my son wasn't being particularly cooperative. They also only gave me my son’s prescription via email.
‘When I visited the Canterbury store the first thing Suzanne did was sit with him and helped him choose frames explaining all the differences. She also took a photocopy of my prescription so I could keep the original.
‘When we returned to collect the glasses, we explained to the young man that he wasn't looking forward to being fitted and he was very calm and patient.
