Superb service

We’ve all heard the excuse that ‘my dog ate my homework’ but ‘my dog broke my work glasses ‘is certainly a new one. However, for one customer at Specsavers in Orpington this was a very real problem and the rapid solution offered by the team saw them receive a very satisfying commendation.

Very helpful

Mark from Orpington had this to say:

‘Both sets of my reading glasses were unfortunately broken by my lovely but extremely over-excited new puppy. I called the store at 9am to explain the situation and, within just an hour and a half of the call, a temporary pair had been provided until my preferred choice were ordered, and I was back in the office working by midday.’

‘I met and spoke with up to four of the team at various parts of the visit/call and everyone was superb – all extremely helpful and extremely polite too. I have nothing but praise for the Orpington team.’
