Going the extra mile for customers
Specsavers is always striving to provide the highest quality of customer care possible, so it was great to receive these positive pieces of feedback from some very happy customers.
'I had an appointment for an eye test today in your Norwich White Lion Street store and from walking in the door I received amazing service. Everyone was so helpful and friendly!
'I received a welcoming hello when I first walked in the store and my eye test was quick and thorough. Any questions I had were explained and I didn't feel rushed, the lady was wonderful.
'After that I was passed over for a test and then to pick some glasses with the help of Aaron, and what can I say but he is a credit to your company! Not only did he take the time to talk me through my options but he made me feel comfortable picking the glasses and talked me about how they will help me.
'I am so grateful to the staff and Aaron for making my experience so amazing. Thank you.'
Efficiently dealt with the problem
Meanwhile another customer was full of praise for staff member Nicola, who truly went the extra mile, saying:
'I went into the Norwich branch as I had been advised by my doctor to have my current eye problem checked.
'Nicola was concerned that there could have been a deeper problem than first thought and she immediately skipped lunch to fit me in between two other people to have a peripheral vision test.
'She then managed to get me an appointment at an already overcrowded eye clinic at the University Hospital for the following morning. The outcome was good and I cannot praise Nicola enough for the way she efficiently dealt with my eye problem.
'As usual, brilliant service from the Norwich branch.'
